Our fantastic Streetdance Crews arrived at LA Studios early in the morning of Sunday 9th April, ready to travel up to Taugnton for the UK Streetdance Challenge, South West.

A brilliant day was had be all of our students who were up against some tough competition from all around the South West and Wales. 

Teams performed first, followed be solos and then duos and in each category our students had fantastic results. Many of our soloists and duos making it through to the semi finals and a great many 1st's, 2nd's, 3rd's, 4th's, 5th's and 6th's, bringing in many trophies and medals for our fantastic crew members. 

Our Under 18yrs Crew 'Vibe' brought home the trophy coming in at 1st place and beating off a great many other teams from across the south west. 

But the best thing about the whole day was that the students thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and supported one another throughout the entire day. Recieving compliments from other schools to say how supportive our students are is a fantastic credit to the school and a credit to our students as humble and caring individuals. 

Well done Cornwall Dancers, we couldn't be more proud. 

Our students achieved fantastic results at our Exam Day on April 7th at LA Studios in Truro City Centre. 

With the school achieving the 100% pass rate for our 5th year running with the school, and over 80% of the 140 students that took part in their Exams achieving Honours and Distinctions (the highest marks available) we are very proud of our highly achieving School and the hard work and dedication of our students and teachers alike. 

Students studying Ballet, Musical Theatre, Streetdance and Contemporary/Freestyle all took part in groups and as Soloists, and the examiner was very impressed, quoting we have a 'high level of talent' at the school. 

Well done to all students who took part and we cannot wait to see you all continue to dream, believe and achieve to become the best that you can be!
